FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

This section explains what to expect before, during, and after your appointment, and how Bespoke Aesthetics by Sammy approaches cosmetic medicine, skin health, and holistic care.

All treatments are performed by an AHPRA-registered health practitioner following consultation and clinical assessment to ensure suitability prior to treatment.

  • If you’re unsure where to begin, start with a Cosmetic Medicine Consultation or Bespoke Skin Consultation.

These appointments allow time to assess your skin, discuss your goals, and review your medical history before any skin care is recommended or treatment is performed.

Consultations are $49 and redeemable toward treatment when completed on the same day.

  • Yes. Every treatment plan begins with your skin’s condition, history, and goals. Whether you have young, mature, sensitive, or melanated skin, each plan is designed to strengthen the barrier and restore balance before introducing advanced treatments.
Sammy also brings in-depth knowledge of chronic conditions and acne-related skin concerns, ensuring a holistic and medically informed approach to care for all skin types.

  • As an AHPRA-registered health practitioner (NMW0002619818), Sammy ensures all treatments are performed safely and within medical guidelines.

Her nursing career began in the surgical theatre, where precision, sterility, and safety were essential. This foundation translates into every aspect of clinical practice today, where evidence-based care and patient safety remain the highest priority.

  • Every treatment performed is upheld to AHPRA registration standards and delivered within TGA guidelines.

Beauty therapists, dermal therapists, and laser technicians are not regulated under the same medical framework and do not have a governing body to oversee their practice. This means that if an injury occurs under their care, they may not be held to the same professional accountability as a registered health practitioner.

  • Consultations are $49, which also serves as the deposit to confirm your consultation or treatment booking. This amount is applied toward the cost of any treatment performed on the same day. All deposits are non-refundable.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments will forfeit the deposit.

Appointments can be rescheduled by calling or texting 0423 016 191 if you need to make changes less than 24 hours before your appointment.

If you do not attend your appointment without notice, the card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment cost.

By booking, you agree to these terms.

  • For privacy and professionalism, only the person receiving treatment may be present during the appointment.

Friends or family members are welcome to accompany you to the consultation portion if you would like support or wish to discuss your treatment plan.

CONSULTATIONS & CLINIC

  • Chemical peels are professional skin treatments that exfoliate, brighten, and renew the skin. They refine texture, even out tone, and improve hydration.

Formulations such as BioRePeel from Italy and LHALA Doctor Peel from South Korea (exclusive to Bespoke Aesthetics in Australia) are selected for their gentle yet effective results, with minimal to no downtime.

    Peel treatments begin at $269.

  • Microneedling with Exomide delivers growth factors and regenerative actives directly into the skin to support collagen production, hydration, and texture refinement. It also helps improve scarring and reduce pigmentation, making it an excellent option for those who cannot undergo energy-based treatments such as lasers or radiofrequency due to the risk of hyper pigmentation, associated with some chronic skin conditions.

Pricing begins at $449 per session, with package options available for progressive results.

  • NCTF Boost 135HA is a revitalising skin booster infused with over 50 active ingredients, including vitamins, amino acids, and hyaluronic acid. It improves hydration, luminosity, and fine lines without changing facial volume.

While Exomide focuses on regenerative repair and collagen synthesis, NCTF Boost offers antioxidant and radiance-enhancing support, making it ideal for dull, tired, or dehydrated skin.

Both can be used alternately or as part of a collagen banking program to enhance overall skin quality.

  • Rejuran is a polynucleotide-based injectable that helps restore the skin’s structure and function by stimulating collagen and improving elasticity.

It enhances hydration, smooths fine lines, and supports long-term skin regeneration for the face, neck and under eye area.

Pricing begins at $649 per session, with package pricing available for optimal outcomes.

  • Skin boosters improve hydration, elasticity, and texture without adding volume to the face like filler. They are designed to enhance the skin’s radiance and resilience from within.

Dermal fillers, on the other hand, restore or enhance facial structure, contour, and definition in areas such as the lips or cheeks.

Both can be performed as part of a holistic plan that supports balanced and natural results.

  • Yes. Treatments to enhance or restore volume in the lips and cheeks are available following a medical consultation. During this appointment, your nurse will assess facial balance, skin quality, and suitability before discussing treatment options.

Due to TGA and AHPRA guidelines, clinics are not permitted to advertise, name, or display pricing for medical treatments involving Schedule 4 medications. Pricing and before-and-after imagery can be shared openly during your consultation once suitability has been confirmed.

  • Wrinkle-relaxing treatments help soften the appearance of dynamic lines caused by repeated facial movement. They work by temporarily reducing muscle activity in specific areas to achieve a smoother, more refreshed appearance while maintaining natural expression.
These treatments are only available following a medical consultation to ensure suitability and safety.

TREATMENTS

  • Skin treatments focus on improving the health and quality of the skin, while cosmetic medicine treatments address structural changes such as fine lines or volume loss.

When combined, they provide balanced, natural, and longer-lasting results.

  • Avoid alcohol, anti-inflammatory medications, and active skincare (such as exfoliants or retinol) for 24–48 hours before your appointment.

Arrive with clean skin and disclose all medications, supplements, and recent procedures during your consultation.

Personalised pre- and post-treatment guidance will be provided.

  • Visible improvement depends on the treatment type. Skin health treatments may show results within days, while collagen-stimulating or injectable treatments develop over several weeks as the skin renews and strengthens.

  • The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and AHPRA regulate how medical aesthetic clinics can advertise Schedule 4 medications. This means pricing, product names, and before-and-after photos cannot be publicly shared.

Pricing and treatment options can be discussed openly during your consultation, once suitability and safety have been assessed.
