Every journey to healthier,
more radiant skin begins with a consultation

The Bespoke Approach

While services are listed individually (1, 2, or 3 sessions), your bespoke consultation will assess your concerns to determine the most effective approach. In many cases, a combination of treatments, such as chemical peels with injectables or microneedling with skin care products may be recommended to achieve optimal results. Your plan is bespoke, to ensure the best outcome for you and your concern while aligning with your expectations.

FAQs

  • Every treatment plan is designed to suit different skin types and concerns using a variety of modalities. Whether addressing aging, acne, pigmentation, or skin sensitivity, there is an option for everyone. If a treatment isn’t suitable, that will be discussed during the consultation, and if needed, a referral to a plastic surgeon, dermatologist, dentist, or general practitioner will be recommended to meet expectations.

  • As a highly trained and qualified Registered Nurse with additional formal education in cosmetic injectables and dermal therapies, treatments go beyond a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead of selling a six-pack of the same treatment, a personalized 3–6 month plan is created to target different concerns for natural, long-lasting results. The focus is on achieving skin health and balance rather than temporary fixes.

  • A Cosmetic Nurse has a nursing degree, formal training in injectables and dermal therapies, and is regulated by AHPRA. Unlike beauty or dermal therapists, who focus on facials, hair removal, and beauty treatments, a Cosmetic Nurse can treat medical skin concerns, prescribe medications under supervision, and use advanced clinical techniques. If any complications arise, a trained nurse knows how to manage them safely.

  • Chemical peels exfoliate, renew, and restore the skin’s function, helping to address concerns such as fine lines, wrinkles, acne, pigmentation, and uneven texture. Unlike traditional AHA or TCA peels that are often limited to autumn and winter, the advanced medical-grade peels offered at Bespoke Aesthetics are suitable for year-round use, with little to no downtime and no visible peeling.

Both BioRePeel and the Lhala Peel are available, offering next-generation technology designed to enhance skin quality without disruption to daily life.

    BioRePeel (Italy):
BioRePeel is an innovative TCA peel developed in Italy, designed to deliver skin regeneration without the peeling typically associated with traditional chemical peels. Using a patented biphasic technology, it bypasses the epidermal layer and penetrates deeper to promote collagen stimulation, reduce pigmentation, improve texture, and treat active acne. The formula includes 35% TCA, five additional acids, amino acids, and vitamins, offering anti-aging, anti-pigmentation, and anti-acne benefits in a single treatment, with no downtime.

    Lhala Peel (South Korea):
The Lhala Peel is a fourth-generation chemical peel from South Korea that uses bioactive ingredients like low-molecular-weight acids, peptides, and growth factors to gently renew the skin. Unlike traditional peels, it does not cause stinging, peeling, or redness, making it suitable even for sensitive or compromised skin barriers. It improves hydration, skin elasticity, radiance, and texture, all while feeling like a relaxing facial.

Often referred to as the "Glass Skin Facial," the Lhala Peel helps achieve a luminous, smooth, and refined complexion without the downtime associated with traditional chemical peels.

  • What is microneedling, and how does it help the skin?
Microneedling is a regenerative treatment that stimulates the skin’s natural collagen production by creating controlled micro-injuries. This process supports skin repair and renewal, improving fine lines, acne scarring, pigmentation, and overall texture. It can also help reduce post-inflammatory redness following breakouts.

At Bespoke Aesthetics, all microneedling treatments use Exomide, a next-generation Korean skin booster. Exomide delivers a potent combination of exosomes, peptides, and hyaluronic acid to accelerate skin healing, enhance hydration, calm inflammation, and improve skin density. These boosters are applied during microneedling to maximise penetration and treatment outcomes.

Exomide is used exclusively for its proven ability to support regenerative skin health, making it an ideal option for those seeking visible results without downtime.

  • Rejuran is an advanced injectable skin treatment that uses polynucleotides to improve skin quality, hydration, and elasticity. It has been available in South Korea for over 10 years and is now gaining popularity in Australia for its ability to rejuvenate the skin at a cellular level.

  • What results can I expect, and how long does it take to see them?

    • Injectables for wrinkle reduction: Results appear within 10–14 days.

    • Lip and cheek enhancement: Swelling and bruising can last 2 days to 2 weeks.

    • Skin treatments: Gradual improvement in texture, tone, and hydration over time.

    • Chemical peels brighten the skin, reduce fine lines, and improve texture.

    • Microneedling boosts collagen, reduces scarring, and helps calm redness.

    • Injectables restore volume, balance facial features, and even help with oily skin by shrinking pores and regulating oil flow.

  • Treatments involving prescription medications are regulated under Australian law, meaning prices cannot be advertised publicly. Additionally, before-and-after images of injectable treatments cannot be displayed online, as they involve Schedule 4 medications.
